Single day registration
Enjoy all activities that take place on the day you choose to attend. Discounts (early bird, first time attendee, etc.) are not valid for single day registrations.
Events purchased for all guest registrations can be purchased online when you register. Guest registration can also be purchases a la carte, onsite at the registration desk.
Registration for non-members
If your organization or business is not a member of ACCE, contact Dana Ketterling at 703-861-9382 or email@example.com for information about registration. The non-member Annual Convention rate is $1000 per registrant.
A la carte items/events
Special programs and dinners are purchased a la carte during checkout. These items are not included with the purchase of a full registration, unless otherwise noted.
Market Street Services scholarship
The Market Street Scholarship allows an emerging executive in the chamber world to attend the 2019 ACCE Annual Convention in Long Beach, California from July 14–17. Market Street believes that the ACCE Annual Convention is a tremendous opportunity for those employed by a chamber to collaborate, learn, and network amongst their peers. Market Street will pay for the winners registration and hotel for the duration of the convention.
The State Executive Association Network (SEAN) is the networking group for leaders of their state chamber executive association. SEANs are charged with providing professional development and support for chamber executives in their respective state and region. If you are a State Executive Association interested in partnering with ACCE to award one scholarship to the ACCE Annual Convention, complete the SEAN scholarship application no later than April 19.
Mike Hauser and Shelia Lee scholarships
ACCE is pleased to offer two convention scholarships in the names of Mike Hauser and Shelia Lee, leaders of the chamber movement and ACCE, whose contributions remain alive long after their untimely passings. Many thanks to the dozens of donors to these scholarship funds!
Scholarship eligibility and additional info
Only completed scholarship applications received by 5 p.m. EDT on April 19 will be considered. Individuals who received a scholarship from ACCE in the last two years are not eligible. Chamber professionals of all levels and disciplines are encouraged to apply. Selection will be based on the most compelling application letter that includes financial need, professional aspirations and organizational benefit of convention attendance. ACCE Directors and Division advisory board members are not eligible to apply. The Annual Convention registration fee does not cover lodging or travel. Transportation, lodging, outings, incidentals, etc., are the responsibility of the scholarship recipient, unless indicated otherwise. Applicants who are not members of ACCE will be billed the difference between the member ($909 USD) and non-member ($1000 USD) registration rate.

The use of discount codes is only valid at the time of initial purchase/registration for West Institute, and codes will not be accepted after West Institute registration has been submitted. Refunds will not be authorized for existing West Institute registrations under any circumstances.
Cancelling or modifying a registration
ACCE will refund the full Annual Convention registration fee paid, minus a $50 processing fee, for cancellations received by 5 p.m. EDT on Friday, June 21. Because of meal guarantees, NO refunds will be made after June 21. Please note that not all event items are refundable. After ACCE receives your cancellation request, you will receive notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow four weeks for refunds to be processed. If you submitted a cancellation request but did not receive notification of receipt within one week of your request, contact Yodit Gebreyes at 703-998-3579 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
All modifications to Annual Convention registrations must be received by Friday, June 21 at 5 p.m. EDT. In some cases, there may be an opportunity to sign up for/purchase access to special events on site in Long Beach.
